By accessing or using RedditGrowth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedditGrowth is a SaaS platform that scans publicly available Reddit posts, scores them for relevance to your product or business, and generates AI-powered reply suggestions. The Service does not post replies on your behalf — you are responsible for reviewing and posting any replies.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person or entity per account; sharing accounts is not permitted

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Spam Reddit or any other platform
  • Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Promote illegal products or services
  • Post misleading or deceptive content
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. AI-Generated Content

Reply suggestions generated by our AI are provided as recommendations only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and posting any content. RedditGrowth is not liable for any consequences resulting from replies you choose to post.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Free plans are available with limited features
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within the first 14 days of a new subscription
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by RedditGrowth. You retain ownership of your project data and content. AI-generated reply suggestions are provided for your use but do not constitute our endorsement of any specific message.

8. Limitation of Liability

RedditGrowth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
