2. Reddit Data

RedditGrowth accesses publicly available Reddit data (post titles, body text, author usernames, subreddit names, and post scores). We do not access private messages, private subreddits, or any data that requires Reddit authentication. All data we access is publicly visible on reddit.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Scan Reddit for leads relevant to your projects
  • Generate AI-powered reply suggestions
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related communications
  • Respond to support requests

4. AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude) to score leads and generate reply suggestions. Public Reddit post content is sent to these services for processing. We do not send your personal account information (email, password) to AI services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Anthropic — for AI lead scoring and reply generation
  • Hosting providers — for infrastructure

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Lead data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted passwords (bcrypt), HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and JWT-based authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies (authentication tokens stored in localStorage) to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.
